Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Willow & Thread! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery or local pickup.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup, deodorant, and pet hair, and have all original tags attached.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sale/clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked “Final Sale.”

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. Please include your order number and photos of the item.

To begin a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue your store credit if the return is approved.

Willow & Thread reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements above.
